14 charges concerned failure to provide accurate financial reports for player and manager compensation from 2009/10 and 2017/18 including Roberto Mancini's contract.

Mancini hat ja freimündig berichtet, dass er als Trainer von City zwei Verträge hatte. Der eine galt ManCity und dem Traineramt, der andere einer Beratungsfunktion für AbuDhabi, bei der er ein paar Stunden Zeit opfern musste um analog zum Trainerjob zwei Millionen Euro/Pfund einzusacken.

Seven charges were to do with breaches of Premier League Profitability and Sustainability Regulations from 2015/16 to and including 2017/18.

Five charges accused City of failing to comply with UEFA regulations, including UEFA's Club and Licensing and Financial Fair Play Regulations.
