Crowdstrike hat offenbar ein fehlerhaftes Update verteilt. Weltweit kommt es zu massiven IT-Ausfällen, weil sich Windows-Systeme nicht mehr booten lassen.

Ja. Fehlerhafte Datei im automatischen Update, Windows Server und Clients sind betroffen und fahren nicht mehr hoch. Nicht kompliziert zu beheben, aber die Behebung ist kaum zu automatisieren, bei uns laufen zum Glück viele Rechner in den Kernbereichen über VMware Horizon, Desktop-Pools machen einem das Leben bei so einer Nummer deutlich leichter.

Zumindest dann, wenn die Backend-Systeme wieder da sind.

Na da ärgert man sich doch glatt etwas weniger über die Preispolitik von Broadcom und KKR
