Das steht im englischen anders da:

feinting to kick the ball once the kicker has completed the run-up (feinting
in the run-up is permitted); the referee cautions the kicker

Da steht nichts von einmal oder wie oft. Dort steht nur, dass es im Anlauf erlaubt ist.

Da ist die deutsche Übersetzung tatsächlich nicht hilfreich, weil sie unscharf ist. Da steht ja nicht "eine einzige Finte ist erlaubt", sondern eher etwas im Sinne von "Finten zu machen ist erlaubt".
