1/ One of the reasons Ukrainians were skeptical about the possibility of this war: it makes no sense. We hated Putin before. We hate him even more now. And even if (if!) he would manage to take over for a while - Russia would be on a more hostile territory, than in Afghanistan.

2/ Imperial hubris is a bad advisor. They still think we are inferior villagers, swineherds - “hohols”, as they call us. He thinks we will kiss his hand, like many Russians do. Well, he is in for a surprise. #StandWithUkraine #BanRussiafromSwift

3/ His aggression in Ukraine might be the beginning of the end for imperial Russia. The question is: at what human cost for Ukraine. And at what moral cost for the West.
