Scheinbar kann es das doch, oder hat genug Schlupflöcher über Drittländer um die Embargos zu umgehen. Die heutigen Raketenangriffe zeigen dies. Laut ukrainischen Angaben dürfte Russland seit Monaten keine Raketen mehr haben, aber die Intensität der Angriffe steigt zunehmends.
